Terms and conditions – Thank you for entrusting the care and attention of your pet in us. Detailed below are our terms and conditions. Please ask for further explanations if required.
Fees – All fees are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A detailed invoice is available upon request at the time of payment. Please be aware that all accounts are to be settled at the end of the consultation, collection of medication or at the discharge appointment of your pet.
Methods of Payment – We accept debit/ credit cards, cash and cheques with a valid bankers card. If you are unable to settle your account we would appreciate you discuss the matter with the Practice Manager as soon as possible. Any accounts that are not settled promptly will incur an accounting fee in respect of administrative costs. If necessary debts may be passed onto our debt recovery service, which may incur further costs and possible legal action.
Complaints – We hope that you never experience the need to complain about the standard of care or level of service received here at the practice. However, if you wish to discuss any matters, please direct your written comments to the Practice manager.
