The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to carry out a clinical assessment when prescribing repeat medications, and this may require us to examine your pet, especially when prescribing antibiotics or controlled drugs.

 Terms and Conditions

** Please note that a minimum of 7 days is required for all orders
** Please ensure that you have enough medication at home to cover at least 7 days treatment from the day of placing your order
** For patients on prescription only medications (POM-V’s); your pet is required by law to have regular health checks with a vet to ensure that their medication remains the most appropriate treatment and that the dosage remains safe.
** Written prescription charges must be paid for before the practice can process your order with your chosen online pharmacy. Once you have submitted an online order with your chosen online pharmacy, please call us with your online pharmacy order number and make payment. A written prescription charge is £27.05 for 1 item and £13.52 for each additional item (current as per March 2026, subject to change)
**If your pet has not had a recent check up (typically 3 or 6 months, case dependent) you may be required to attend an appointment in order that medication can be prescribed and dispensed. The cost of a POM check is £29.54 (current as per March 2026, subject to change)
